Step-By-Step Instructions


If you're already a LinkShare affiliate, simply log into your LinkShare account and apply for the Magazines.com program. Under "Join Programs", click on the Entertainment-Magazines link. Next, find and click on the Magazines.com Logo and on the "apply now" button once it appears. For more information, skip to Step 3.

  1. Review the program guidelines. Read the LinkShare Network Participation Terms.
  2. Sign Up. Complete and submit your sales affiliate application. This application is for both the LinkShare network AND the Magazines.com affiliate program. You do not need to re-enter LinkShare and apply for the Magazines.com program. Within a few minutes, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation and welcome from LinkShare.
  3. Magazines.com approval status will be sent within 24 hours. Magazines.com will send you an e-mail message confirming your participation in the MAGAZINES.com sales affiliate program. We take pride in individually approving each affiliate that applies to our affiliate program, which is why it can take up to 24 hours to receive the email confirmation.
  4. Create your links. Once you're confirmed as our sales affiliate, log in to LinkShare and click on MAGAZINES.com under the "Create Links" heading. This will take you to our text and graphics library, where you can select from hundreds of targeted-offer linking options (organized by category) that are just right for your web site and the types of visitors you serve.
  5. Start earning commissions. With your first magazine sale or renewal, you'll automatically begin earning a 35% commission on all purchases made from your affiliate links.
  6. Generate reports. Track your sales and performance at any time by running the LinkShare Network reports available when you log in to your LinkShare account. Examples of reports include:
    • number of visitors who saw and clicked-through your links to MAGAZINES.com
    • number of orders placed
    • number of products purchased
    • list of products purchased
    • total sales achieved
    • total commissions earned
