About Bicycling

Now the world's largest cycling magazine and No. 1 source of information for cyclists, Bicycling features training plans, product reviews, and expert advice in each monthly issue.

In addition to the magazine's feature stories, content in the magazine is organized into these two main sections: "Know How," advice on topics from training and travel to road rights and nutrition tips; and "Gear," knowledgeable recommendations on bikes, apparel, and maintenance. Subjects regularly covered range from authoritative reviews of the latest bikes and gear; tips on where to ride, what to eat, and how to train; insightful profiles of the sport's personalities; and features about emerging trends. Throughout the year, Bicycling magazine may publish special issues, such as the "Readers' Choice Issue," the "Annual Buyer's Guide," "The Maintenance Issue," the "Editors' Choice Issue," the "Tour de France Special," the "Interbike Show Issue," and "The Winter Appreciation Issue."

Cycling enthusiasts looking for everything from gear recommendations to training advice will find it in a Bicycling magazine subscription!

Eye Cnady!

By mmchico

from Bay Area, CA

I enjoyed this issue, it it was more if an eye candy issue. All bikes and reviews, not as many articles (that I like). Great issue if you looking for information on which bike to purchase.

Awesome Gift

By eeh

I love this magazine and I bought it for my boyfriend and I to share. He is a professional cyclist and actually knows some of the people in the magazine while I am a definite amateur who just likes to read the articles.

Interesting reading for the price.

Lots of repetitive information

By R1fter

from New York

Most of the equipment discussed in Bicycling magazine is in the top price category; bicycles reviewed are for top-earning athletes, but not for regular folks. Same for equipment and gear.

Good for both road and mtb

By daddy0h

from West Hartford, CT

I started my subscription to Bicycling magazine in the off-season; and found the articles EXTREMELY helpful for indoor training, exercising, and nutrition too! Best part: product reviews include low end (economy) equipment. Articles are not too ROAD or too MTB. Great price for what you get. I recommend.

Very Informative (Both Good & Bad)

By Rson44

from Tennesee

I understand that ad revenue pays for magazines but the extreme that Bicycling magazine takes every printed word as an excuse to expand each article is ridiculous.

Think twice before purchasing

By Bike Lover

from Boulder, Colorado

This magazine should be titled more appropriately "Road Cyclist." This magazine is a great read for the professional road bike athlete. I really enjoy this magazine because of the health guides and training tips. However, I am also a mountain biker and the magazine rarely focuses on that aspect of biking. It's definitely worth a purchase for the health articles and road junkie, but not if you're 100% mountain bike enthusiast.

For Cyclists, Yes,,,

from Undisclosed

I have bought this magazine many times. It is an cycling staple. It is one of the few magazine that attempts to cover the diverse and frequently controversal parts of pro cycling as well as mountain biking.
