My father started me on my subscription almost 15 years ago. He looked forward to me selecting a new recipe out of each issue to prepare for him. He died of cancer 10 years ago, but I think of him every time I see the magazine. There have been some amazing recipes over the years, and others I didn't care to try. I am old-fashioned, and I don't want to look up recipes on-line. I like them in the magazines, along with the great articles and humerous anecdotes. Helpful, relevant advertisement and beautiful photography round it out. I have issues going back to the early 90's with my favorites dog-earred and well-loved. The price is attractive enough to give it a try. A worthy investment, and potential tradition in the making.

I like it how they start the issue from the letters of people who went somewhere and asking for the recipe of something they liked from the menu. I still didn't find anything I would cook in my kitchen. but if you are looking for inspiration for some upscale recipe - this magazine is for you! always nice pictures.

I look so forward to receiving this magazine in the mail. I love the articles and recipes, especially the recipes from subscribers favorite places.
Bon Appetit has always been grocery store recipes. I preferred Gourmet. Since Gourmet folded last year I have subscribed to Bon Appetit and have found that the substance is improving in the articles.
This is an eye candy magazine for me. I have made a few things from it, but a lot of the recipes are time-consuming or call for ingredients that I don't have in the house. I do love the feature that shares restaurant recipes. Overall, I like this magazine for inspiration rather than for actual recipes.
Always fun to look at and plan dinners that are different from the ordinary macaroni and cheese family dinners!
I tried it out to see if I would like the magazine, and love it! It is one of my very favorite reads and save each copy to refer to when someone I cook with asks me questions or I want to use some information or recipe that was in an issue.
mostly recipes are too special to try at home when you are busy, but you'll find some to try on your special day.

I love Bon Appetit magazine but it lacks pictures for many of the recipes. I don't know about anyone else, I want to see what the meal looks like!
Bon Appetit magazine is a great magazine for all levels of culinary skill! Very informative articles and recipes make it easy for anyone to attempt some of the most delicious food ever!

Hi. I’m Patricia Lopez and I have a confession to make. I LOVE food. In fact, there are very few things in this life that I love more than food.
I may make my living as a TV & Radio Host, but if I were to do it all over again I’m not certain and I wouldn’t decide to be a chef. Perhaps the only thing that would keep me from that decision would be the fact that I would probably not be able to control myself being around food all day. Aside from the great cooking tips, Bon Appetit magazine also does a great job of covering healthy eating, tips to help you at the market, and of course the latest tools and toys to add to your culinary arsenal. If that’s not enough, in-depth articles on culinary trips and retreats around the world, or clever ideas to give my kitchen back home a new look without breaking the bank are the kinds of features that get me excited whenever my latest issue of Bon Appetit arrives.
So whether your running the kitchen at your cities hottest restaurant, or a closet chef wannabe like myself, if you love food and you love to cook then you’ll no doubt love a subscription to Bon Appetit
