I LOVE this magazine. But I always got my magazines at least a month late and each time I had to call to get them delivered. It got to the point where I finally called and told them if they couldn't send the magazine on time without me calling then I wanted a refund and my subscription cancelled. They didn't even fight for my business. They CANCELLED my subscription and cut me a check...which I received 3 months later!
Good Magazine - terrible subscriptions department. I spent the better part of this year corresponding with the magazine trying to get my issues. After several months I finally recieved one spring issue (March), only then to not received the Summer (May/June) or (July) issues. Continued contact with the magazine only yielded the generic
I wouldn't subscribe to DRAFT Magazine again due to the poor service. You're lucky to get it on time, if at all. You'll spend a lot of time calling and emailing to get your magazine. As of this posting, this bi-monthly publication is 2 magazines behind and they don't get in a hurry to get it to you. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
