FamilyFun is the magazine that, more than any other, I actually pull articles and information from and use in my life. The recipes, parenting ideas, crafts and games are inspirational and to me fit a balance of feasible and fun (affordable, within our capabilities yet still valuable). It's an easy read packed with ideas that families can use. I love this magazine.

a great magazine for those with kids or who work with kids (or old folks). great ideas that are do-able for the independent child or fun for parents and kids to do together
I don't have time to look at many magazines, so I only allow myself to have 2 subscriptions, and Family Fun is one of them. It has very creative food and craft ideas. I've made several of the snack ideas for playdates and classrooms, and they're always a big hit! The pictures are bright and easy to look at, the stories short and easy to understand. My favorite magazine for parents/kids!
My 10 year daughter loves when this magazine comes in the mail. She looks through it for recipes and crafts for us to do together and we usually find a couple of things to do right away. We've been getting it for a few years, too, and there hasn't been too much repetition, which is great.

Loved this magazine for many years and continue to subscribe even as my kids grow older.
I love always finding something new to do with the kids in each issue. We look forward to it arriving so we can go through it together.
I enjoy the crafts ideas easy to understand and follow. Colorful fun ideas. I like the recipes.
You can always find something to entertain the kids with or prepare a meal with that is kids friendly and tasty

I love this magazine. We enjoy completing the projects and activities. There is a lot of variety of information for parents and kids. I end up tearing out pages to keep in a project file, since they are area ideas. I loved how they show the kids with completed projects.

Hi. I’m Nikki. I’m a mom of three busy, active boys.
At my house, we look forward to every issue of Family Fun magazine. When the mail comes in, the boys get excited the moment they see the cover. My three year old often looks at the cover and wants whatever he sees. Luckily, many of these things can be put together from stuff that’s already in the house.
The crafts are normally simple enough and come with great instructions so that we can do them without a meltdown. But they’re still creative enough that kids do like them at the end, which makes them cooler than something I would come up with on a normal day. And I like that they are appropriate for both girls and boys in a pretty wide age range.
The recipes are also a hit, with lots of great ways to get kids involved and eating healthy things. We are always looking for good alternatives to TV and video games and I’ve found ideas in Family Fun for silly games and activities perfect for rainy days or long car trips.
The other nice benefit is that Family Fun offers suggestions related to common situations we parents find ourselves in, so it also makes a nice gift.
