I subscribe to First for Women and was reading it on the bus one afternoon on my way home from work. The lady behind me was reading over my shoulder (I didn't realize). When I finished the magazine, she asked me if she could look at it. She loved it too. She said this is the best magazine I have ever seen. It has so many interesting articles on hairstyles, fashion, weight loss, cooking, interior decorating, helpful hints, medical issues and so much more. My sister always reads the magazine when she visits. For her birthday, she asked me to get her a First for Women subscription. I thought that was a wonderful idea. She was so hard to buy for as she has everything so what a great idea for a birthday present. Love your magazine. Thanks for all of the wonderful articles.

I love Dr. Oz. However, his flippant attitude concerning hypothyroidism will do nothing but enrage those of us suffering from this ,sometimes deblilitating, disease. Tweaking your diet and natural remedies are a far cry from an established treatment plan. Many of us are still suffering after years of diet tweaking. It IS NOT easy to treat for most of us. When those of us active in thyroid support groups and patient advocacy hear statements like this, we feel it just sets back the medical community and the general public from realizing that this is not a one-stop shopping disease. And many sufferers NEVER find the right medical/natural combination to successfully give us our pre-hypoT quality of life back. In future, Dr Oz, please consider all of us who have spent years tweaking with little success and enlighten, not only the public, but the medical community, that we need to be taken seriously. It's not easy. It does change our lives. It does morph our bodies. And, you like so many medical professionals, seem to think that it's easily treatable. If only all of you could battle this illness for a year... Many of us have been battling a lot longer and are no where close to being

Reporter was lost, said La Jolla was south of San Diego, it is north. The beaches were wrong for La Jolla. Ferry in SAn Diego, not La Jolla. Many other statements wrong. Bet the reporter had a good time.
I ordered a subscription to this after reading a copy at the gym. However, after a few issues I found it repetitive and some of the info unbelievable. I opted not to renew after my subscription was up. Some interesting info, but got old.
Easy to read. Easy to follow stories if you are interrupted. Good price for # of issues
A fun, interesting magazine with dozens of recipes and great photos of the dishes. Also filled with good articles on health, beauty, beauty, nutrition, and household tips. Still, the content is very similiar to Womens World, so if you subscribe to Womens World, you don't necessarily need this magazine.
I really like First for women magazine. I have been a subscriber for many years. I enjoy good recipes, very nice presentation of food, interesting medical/diet articles, good housekeeping advice.
Fun and informative. Addresses a wide variety of topics of interest to women in a concise and interesting format. A quick and easy read that I look forward to every month!
