Great reference magazine for those wanting to stay fit or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Most of the articles and sections are nice and short, which is perfect for this kind of subject. It's an easy beach read or travel companion.
This magazine really gets me moving! They have inspiring real life examples that gives you the boost of confidence needed to stick with it. Many of the food and recipe articles give you ideas to add variety to your diet.
I wouldn't order it again.
So far very informative magazine.
I like this mag. It keeps me motivated to stay healthy and keep focused on excersize. It is important for my health and wellness to maintain an optimum level of health. I only wish the focus was more on health and a little less on being pretty. Not all excercise makes you pretty. The goal is to be heart healthy.
Fitness magazine gives you the incentive to workout and stay healthy
Overall it is a good magazine, gives you workout ideas.
Exercises could be more in-depth and described better.
I ordered this and Women's Health at the same time. I prefer Women's Health because it does as good a job with exercise routines as Fitness, but is much more well rounded including health and beauty as well. I'm not going to renew my subscription.
A well-paced and upbeat look at women's health and lifestyle issues. Good mix of articles, nice photos and helpful tips.

It has amazing advice on top workout gear and the best sneakers for your various exercise routines. And there are even sections about readers’ favorite workout playlists! Whether you’re just trying to shed a few pounds or seriously training for a triathlon, Fitness is the go-to guide for anyone interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Fitness is jam-packed with great tips on how to make your diet work for you, with recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also has awesome recipes for snacks, desserts, and even drinks! Fitness is also filled with articles on hot topics like the importance of calorie consumption or how to track your meals. Of course, Fitness also has amazing columns on weight loss. It has tips and tricks from industry professionals on how to shed weight in a healthy manner. Fitness doesn’t just help you lose weight; it helps you keep it off.
The Beauty columns, however, are my personal favorite. I love reading about the latest trends in makeup, from simple everyday styles to smoky makeup for fancy nights. I always enjoy reading the fashion articles, which are packed with glamorous gowns and cute sundresses. Fitness also has great information on skin and sun-care.
