in the May issue, nearly all the recipes were for Latino dishes, except for the few in Paula Deen's article. Most fashions are geared up to age 49, but there are readers way past that age group. But I do love everything else about the magazine, and I know that you try to please all. Thank you for years of good reading.

I subscribed to GH for my wife. She was happy. Then a particular issue didn't arrive. As soon as the deadline for delivery passed I reported the missed issue via GH website's missed issue reporting feature only to be told there were no replacements available so my subscription would be extended (note that I didn't sign up for 'blanks', I signed up for monthly delivery). I fussed by direct email and eventually received a replacement issue. Then the November issue never came. After the December issue came I went to the website to report the November issue missing but got a screen message saying I had already received the maximum number of extensions (so I could not report another missing issue). Found a web contact page and used it to advise GH the December issue had arrived but the November issue had not. Asked for a replacement copy and also asked for information as to where and when the Nov issue was mailed so that I could file a missing mail report with the Post Office. Received acknowledgment of the email same day, was assigned a case number (KMM42477051V15483L0KM) and was told the problem would be taken care of shortly. That was eight days ago and I have not yet received replacement copy and have not heard anything more. I do not recommend GH because of lack of concern about and lack of replacement for missed issues. I am also a Popular Mechanics subscriber (same publishing company) and have been since the early 1970's. I worked in an office that received PM before I subscribed in the early 70's and so I have every copy of PM since the late 60's, but I will let it expire this time because of p-poor customer service from GH.

I READ GOOD HOUSEKEEPING FROM COVER TO COVER!

    By FireGal2539

I subscribe to ten magazines and I find this magazine to be informative, interesting, current, with a lot of helpful information. When I have finished with it I can't give it away to anyone else because there are holes through out the magazine. I have created a book where I have put all of the articles that I cut out so I can reference back to them. 90% of your articles relate to me. Keep up the good work Good Housekeeping.
