This is by far the best magazine i am reading now. I have subscribed to a lot of magazines starting from GH to parenting to parents. But the infromation gets first published in this magazine and in the next couple of months ..i see articles of same information in other magazines. this magazine is not only a fore runner but a must for all health conscious people. all my friends who come to my home and read a couple of articles frm this magazine have subscribed to it now.

I purchased this magazine for me and really liked it. I purchased a other sub for my daughter-inlaw she likes it a lot. She is a runner and gets great information on running and dieting. I like it because its not a heavy read and it has lots diet and exercise and fashion information. The magazine is very affordable too. Everyone could use a little Health update and makeup. I am on Weight Watchers and I enjoy this magazine more the the WW magazine.
I have subscribed to this magazine off and on for years - started in my 20's and I am now 50. There are so many interesting, informative articles (and ad's too)that I have been able to apply to myself.

I really like this magazine and the articles are very up-to-date and relevant. Sometimes the content and topics are repeated, but overall there is new material each month.
Whether I prefer a detailed, lengthy article, or a quick tip, Health never fails to satisfy! I read through it in several sittings cover-to-cover, and backwards, and after a few weeks of giving everyone else in the house a chance to read it, I clip my favorite ideas!
