Start an Account
To set up your account, simply place your first order. During the checkout process, you'll be asked to enter your email address plus billing and shipping information so you won't have to re-enter it each time you shop with us.
Your Magazines.com online account is a record of your name and email address plus shipping and billing information. Magazines.com keeps this information on file so you don't need to re-enter it every time you shop with us.
Your email address becomes your username, so be sure to enter the same email address each time you shop at Magazines.com. You will also be asked to choose a unique password that will allow you to access and change any of your account information.
You can use your account to check on the status of any orders you have placed. Your account will also allow you to place future orders quickly and easily.

View Your Account History
To view your current account information and to check on the status of your orders, click on the Account icon located at the top right corner of each page. After you enter your email address and password, you will be able to view your account history.
Your Account page is broken into segments called “My Magazines” where your magazines are stored, “My Orders” where your order history is stored, “My Address Book” where your addresses are stored, and “My Credit Cards” where your credit card information is stored.
Each time you place an order, you'll have an opportunity to change your account information—to change credit card information or your billing address, for example—during the checkout process.
Remember to use the same email address each time you shop at Magazines.com. See the question below for instructions on what to do if you have changed your email address.

Change Your Email Address or Password
Your email address is your username on Magazines.com, so it's important that you use an active email address when you place an order. Order confirmations and Customer Care communications are sent to the email address specified on your account.
If your email address has changed—or you would like to change your password —you will need to sign into your account. Just click here.
After signing in, click on “My Profile.” (It’s the last button under “My Account links” on the left side of the page.) Then, simply enter your new email address and/or your new password.
While you’re there, fill in your birth date, and we’ll help you celebrate with some special offers!
To save your changes, be sure to click the “Submit Changes” button.
