    Q. How do digital subscriptions work?

    A. Each magazine has its own individual app so you will want to check and make sure your device is supported, not all digital magazines support all electronic devices. The product description pages for each of our digital magazines include information on which devices are supported.

    After you subscribe to a digital magazine, you will receive email instructions on how to download the magazine’s app on your electronic device. From within the app you will set up or log into your account and your current issue should be waiting for you to read. As new issues are released, they will arrive on your device through your magazine app.

    New issues of digital magazines are delivered when the print editions are published and usually arrive early in the morning depending on the publisher’s release schedule. Digital editions will be received well in advance of the print versions since they are available immediately after their release.


    Q. I am having trouble downloading the magazine app onto my electronic device.

    A. Each magazine has its own individual app so you will want to check and make sure your device is supported, not all digital magazines support all electronic devices. The product description pages for each of our digital magazines include information on which devices are supported.

    If you have confirmed that you have matched the device and the app properly, please contact customer care and we would be will be glad to assist you with troubleshooting the issue.

    Q. I cannot find the magazine app I downloaded, where is it?

    A. You will want to check your newsstand on your device, the magazine app should be located there. If it is not located in your newsstand, contact customer care and we will be glad to assist you.


    Q. The newest issues of my digital magazine subscription are not showing up on my electronic device.

    A. If are having trouble with getting your newest issues, contact customer care and we will be glad to assist you.

    Q. Can I store more than one magazine app at a time on my device?

    A. Yes, you can store as many magazine apps on your device as you would like as long as your computer, tablet or handheld device has enough memory.

    Q. If I lose my electronic device or my device crashes, will I be charged for another subscription download?

    A. No, you can download the magazine app again to your electronic device. To access that information, use the login information from the digital instruction email you received when you made your purchase. If you have any trouble finding that email or getting to the log in page, contact customer care and we will be glad to assist you.

    Q. I did not get instructions on how to download the digital magazine I purchased.

    A. You should have received an email from Magazines.com or from the publisher of the magazine after you received your order confirmation that included instructions on how to download your subscription. If you are unable to locate that email, contact customer care and we will be glad to assist you.

    Q. I am unable to create an account for my digital subscription. I am seeing a message that my email address is already in use.

    A. Because each digital magazine is set up differently, we recommend that you try using the Forgot Password request for your magazine app. If you continue having trouble, contact customer care and we will be glad to assist you.

    Q. I cannot log into my digital account. My email address or password is not recognized.

    A. Check to make sure you are entering the correct email address and correct password. To access that information, use the login information from the digital instructions email you received when you made your purchase. If you have any trouble finding that email or getting to the login page, contact customer care and we will be glad to assist you.
