Q. How do I place an order?

A. Ordering is easy at Magazines.com! Simply use the search box at the top of the screen to search for a product or keyword, or browse through thousands of magazines, books, calendars,journals, music, movies, fragrances, and more by category or price range. Or, visit our Gift Center for easy shopping by occasion or recipient. When you have all of the items that you would like to purchase in your cart, click 'Checkout' to begin the checkout process. At checkout, you will give you the opportunity to sign-in to your Magazines.com Account to access your address book and saved payment methods. If you don't already have an account, you may also check out as a guest, with the option to create an account at the end of your purchase. The first step of checkout will ask for your shipping address. If you have multiple items going to multiple addresses, please choose the radio button at the top of the screen that says 'Ship to multiple addresses'. This will allow you to choose a different delivery address for each item. If any of the items in your order are a gift, please select the box that says, 'Check here if this item is a gift'. When the box is selected you will have the option of sending the recipient a free postcard letting them know the gift is on the way! The next step of checkout requests your payment information. Here, simply enter your billing address and payment information. Any promotional codes or gift cards may also be added on this step. When all required information has been entered, click 'Continue to Review'. On this final step of checkout you will have the opporutnity to review your order. Upon verifying that all information is correct, click 'Place Your Order' to submit your order. You'll recieve a confirmation email to the email address provided within the hour.

Magazine Subscriptions
If you find that within the first three months of placing your magazine subscription order that you are not 100% satisfied - for any reason - let us know and we will gladly give you a full, prompt refund. After three months, if you find that you no longer wish to receive a magazine, we will be happy to provide a refund for any unserved issues.

Books, Calendars, Music and Movies
If you are not 100% satisfied after you've accepted delivery, please return the item within 30 days of order date. The address for returns can be found on your packing slip. If there is an error with your order, or the item is damaged, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-2946 prior to mailing your return. Movies, music, and calendars must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap for return. The packaging that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Please note: Magazines.com will not issue a refund for any order lost or stolen during shipment.

Fragrances
Fragrances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If there was an error with your delivery, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-2946 within 24 hours of recieving your shipment.

When contacting us about an order, please be sure to include your name, address, title(s) and order confirmation number(s).

Applicable refunds are issued in the same method as original payment. Debit/Credit Card refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days of cancellation. Check/Money Order refunds will be mailed within 10-15 business days of cancellation.

Gift Cards are non-refundable. But, we do offer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed on all magazine subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your magazine subscription, we will be happy to switch your subscription to a different magazine at your request.

Q. Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?

A. We do not deliver outside the U.S. at this time, although we expect to have that capability in the near future. In the meantime, Contact Customer Care at 1-800-MAGAZINES. We’ll be happy to put you in touch with the publisher to arrange for foreign delivery.


Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered. Please refer to the delivery estimates below.

Magazine subscription
The delivery of your first issue depends on the publication frequency of the magazine you ordered. Generally, publishers ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-8 weeks for monthly magazines, and up to 12 weeks for less-frequently published magazines. However, you can expect faster delivery of many of our top-selling magazines.

Delivery timeframes will vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Q. How do I place a gift order?

A. Giving a gift subscription is easy at Magazines.com. With more than 4,000 magazine titles to choose from, you’re sure to find the “perfect” fit for your lucky friends or family members!

Giving gift subscriptions are as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Select the magazine you’d like to give, and click “Add To Cart.”

  2. During the checkout process, click the “gift” box.

  3. Then, fill in your friend’s name and address and jot a brief message that will appear on the recipient's gift announcement card. Fill in your payment information, and you’re all set!

Renewals

Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?

A. Absolutely! Take advantage of our discount rates to renew any subscription—and enjoy convenient one-stop shopping on all your subscriptions. (Just think how nice it will be not to receive renewal notices from multiple publishers!) Simply complete the order information by listing your name and address as it appears on your current mailing label. Your order will be added to the end of your current subscription.


Q. I placed a renewal through your service, but now I am receiving two copies of the same magazine.

A. No worries. Simply call Customer Care toll-free at 1-800-MAGAZINES (1-800-624-2946). We’ll be happy to take care of everything! We’ll combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate for the duplicate issues.


Q. What is Automatic Renewal Service?

A.Automatic Renewal Service allows you to continue your own or gift subscription at the end of the subscription term without the hassle of remembering when to renew. You'll receive an email notice when it's time to renew, at which time you can choose not to renew your magazine. Otherwise, we'll charge the credit/debit card you used to make your purchase at the low subscription rate then in effect. If your card cannot be charged, we'll send you a bill. You may cancel at any time during your subscription by contacting Customer care at 1-800-MAGAZINES. Our Customer Care Representatives are ready and willing to help you with courteous, efficient, and friendly service.
