GIFT CARD FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



Q. How long does it take to receive my Gift Card?

A. Two delivery options are available for gift cards: 1) For instant delivery, you may e-mail a gift card with a personal message. Or 2), you may send a physical gift card with a personal message. Your gift card will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service within 3-7 business days.


Q. How can I redeem my promotional giftcard?

A. Promotional gift cards, or gift card codes received from an email or online promotion, may be used toward the purchase of any of our magazines by entering the code during checkout, applied to your Magazines.com account for future purchases, or, if eligible, redeemed for cash by completing the online form.


Q. Can I purchase a gift card online and print it out at the time of purchase?

A. At this time, we do not offer that option. However, you may order an E-Gift Card via e-mail and have it sent to your e-mail address. That way, you can quickly print it out to give to a lucky friend or family member!


Q. Are Gift Cards refundable?

A. Gift Cards are non-refundable. However, we do offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we will be happy to switch your subscription to a different magazine at your request.


Q. Why am I getting a message that my gift card has already been redeemed?

A. If you get a message that your Gift Card has already been redeemed, go to your account to check the status of your Card. Your card balance will be located in the “Apply Gift Cards” Box on the left side of the page, labeled “Current Balance.” If no amount is listed, the Gift Card has either been redeemed or it has not been validated.
