EasyExchange for Magazine Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with your magazine subscription for any reason, simply call our Customer Service at 1-800-624-2946 and request an EasyExchange. We'll submit your new magazine subscription order right away over the phone. Items exchanged will be credited evenly or any difference will be credited/charged to the original payment method. When contacting us about an order, please be sure to include your name, address, magazine title(s) and order number(s). Delivery time frames can vary, so please allow 4-12 weeks on magazine exchanges.
Returning or Exchanging Other Items
Books, Calendars, and Movies
If you are not 100% satisfied after you've accepted delivery, please return the shipment within 30 days of order date. The address for returns can be found on your packing slip. If there is an error with your order, or the item is damaged, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-2946 prior to mailing your return.
Movies and calendars must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap for return. The packaging that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Please note: Magazines.com will not issue a refund for any order lost or stolen during shipment.
Upon receiving and processing your package, our returns department will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Fragrances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If there was an error with your delivery, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-2946 within 24 hours of recieving your delivery.
