As a subscriber of five years I would say that this magazine is put together well. I would recommend this to either a beginner lifter or one that has been doing it awhile. If one wants to take their lifts to another level than I would recommend searching elsewhere. Ex; olympic lifts, power lifting. Although there have been related articles that have touched on this subject, they are not always covered in depth. However one can use the magazine as a motivational tool or as a guide that is pretty straight foward in giving good, solid, basic workouts and advice.

Magazine has a great deal of workout, diet and fitness information. I think the magazine is losing its focus a bit as each issue does seem to have more and more about sex and our lives beyond the whole fitness thing. Still I get the magazine for the workout and fitness information. That is where the value of the magazine lays.
great mag for my husband who is very into working out. will probably purchase again for him, great gift
It is a good magazine. I recommend it.
Men's Fitness has tons of information about ways to stay fit, active, and healthy. There are also some great workouts and meal ideas.
I generally like Men's Fitness magazine, but it's merging into a how-to guide for heterosexual sex is a big turnoff. Why can't I just get a magazine that helps me achieve better workouts?
Men's Fitness magazine has awesome pics, writing, advertising, magazine cover and back page. It's truly an inspirational piece of work. I highly recommended. Good for kids too!
My son is 21 and enjoys receiving Men's Fitness magazine. I just renewed for the second year. He's a health fanatic and he enjoys the health part of the magazine.

Men's Fitness Magazine Subscription Video Review
Hi. I’m Adam, Sr. Manager of SEO and Social Media for Magazines.com. I want to take a moment to talk to you a little bit about Men’s Fitness magazine.
Something happened when I turned 30. I’m not sure why, but it’s almost like some switch went off in my body and decided that everything would now become more difficult. I grew up my whole life playing sports and being active and I still play hockey and soccer to this day, but for the first time in my life I really found myself struggling to keep in shape.
I’ve found all the usual excuses. My career is hectic, too much travelling, juggling family time. That’s all good and well, but there’s come a point when I have to be honest with myself, take a step back and ask if it’s all really worth it if I’m not healthy. I mean, how much can I really accomplish if I don’t wake up in the morning feeling great and energized?
I’ll be honest and say that in recent years it’s been hard to find the motivation. That’s where picking up Men’s Fitness magazine has really started to help out. For starters, it simplifies my workouts by taking a lot of the thinking out of it. It’s pretty easy to talk yourself out of going to the gym if you don’t have a plan of what you’re going to do when you get there. But getting your plan together can be a challenge and without it, it’s hard keep things interesting enough to help you stay motivated. Every issue of Men’s Fitness is packed with great routines and programs no matter what your goal is. You don’t have to create your program. Whether your trying to slim down and tone up, gain some mass, improve your endurance or speed, or even just improve your overall general health this magazine has plans that will work for you.
I know for myself I have to change things every 8-10 weeks or I lose interest. The timing works great for me with a Men’s Fitness subscription as the 10 yearly issues space out well enough so that whenever I feel I need to mix things up there’s a relatively fresh issue on hand for me to recalibrate my fitness goals and exercise plans.
Plus, the nutrition and general health advice, as well as the training tips covering key things like form and rest help make sure that your time spent working your body pays off as much as possible.
Let’s face it. We only get one chance at this whole life thing. If you want to make the most of it and could use a little help along the way, a subscription to Men’s Fitness would be a great place to start.
Thanks for checking out all the great subscription offers to Men’s Fitness and all your favorite titles at Magazines.com
