Additional Information

About National Review

Based in Washington D.C., National Review employs a staff with insider knowledge of politics in the nation's capital, yet it routinely features conservative thinkers and leaders from outside the Beltway. Published bi-weekly, the magazine offers editorials, commentary, and analysis on both domestic and international issues, including politics, economics, culture, and society.

Content in the magazine is comprised of shorter articles and longer features, as well as a section titled "Books, Arts & Manners," which covers book reviews, cultural commentary, and social etiquette. Additional sections found in every issue include: "The Week," a recap of notable events; "Athwart," a column that highlights the magazine's conservative ideals; "Poetry," and "Happy Warrior," which features someone undeterred by opposition.

National Review targets Republicans and conservatives who lead or shape opinion--whether by holding office or actively contacting their senators and representatives--on the day's most pressing issues. The magazine's covers feature a mix of full-color photographs or caricatures.

Readers interested in conservative politics and news would enjoy subscription to the National Review.

george clooney on cover

Seems as though the editor has bent to the whims of Hollywood and excluded the classic genre in favor of highlighting those recently in the tabloids

Thought Provoking and Intelligent

By jcali

National Review magazine is great for anyone who values liberty and self reliance above all. Great for conservatives and liberals who want to know what makes us tick.

Guaranteed to raise your current events IQ

By Pegi

from Cherry Hill, NJ

National Review magazine is by far the best written, smartest current events magazine in the world. If you want to know more than the soundbite and what really happened in the news each fortnight, the National Review is for you. It's not what you think. One of the regular columnists is a former writer for a hit TV series.

I don't know (remember) how I was enrolled or subscribed to your magazine. I'm sending the invoice I received (along with written comments)back to you. I'd appreciate it if I receive NO MORE correspondence from you. Thank you for abiding with my wishes.
