Overall a great buy. They don't always sell Nylon at my local grocery, so my friends always want to get their hands on my magazine when it arrives! It's more special than Seventeen and never boring.
I had a subscription to Nylon Magazine when it first came out and was curious to see what direction it was going now during a recession, especially. There are many ads (as most magazines are) and little content but still some good morsels. Some edgy fashion photography and product reviews make it a worthwhile read. Enjoy!
Nylon magazine has a high sense of pictures, not like manufacture's advertisement.
When I got my first issue of Nylon magazine I felt I wasted my money but as I get more if it, I like it. The best thing I like about this magazine is that it indicates the names of brands that the models are wearing.
I LOVE Nylon Magazine. I've been getting it for a year now, and it's the ideal magazine for any artist who loves fashion. The cover people never disappoint me; I even use old magazines to make collages. I highly suggest for anyone who's thinking of (and needing to) retire their Seventeen subscription and move into an artistic adulthood.
I really like Nylon magazine. I had never tried it before getting it for such a good deal on Magazines.com. It's just the perfect magazine for 20-somethings looking for hip advice and is way more fun to read than Vogue or something so serious. I highly recommend it!
