Cook's Illustrated magazine is a unique cooking magazine published by America's Test Kitchen. Relaunched and rebranded in 1993, the latest incarnation of the magazine is a 32-page, mostly black-and-white publication that features only about ten recipes in each bimonthly issue, but each is accompanied with a wealth of cooking instruction and advice.
