This is undoubtedly my favorite magazine. It's much more motivating than other women's health/fitness magazines (like Fitness, Shape, or Self) and provides more information on fitness. It has the best articles that are backed up with solid facts, and makes me want to improve myself and try out what they show for recipes and exercise. The only con about it is that it's very ad heavy--it seems like every few pages is an ad for a protein powder or fat burner..which I could do without.
Oxygen magazine is absolutely the most educational and simultaneously motivational magazine for women who like fitness and/or are interested in learning. It has SO much nutritional guidance and training education. It also contains educated information on training without injuries in a proper manner to build muscle, tone or just trim fat. This is like the fitness bible-in short. I carry it with me everywhere. I love Tosca Reno's eat clean diet.
