The last issue of Prevention I received had 33 ads with 112 pages total in magazine. That is almost 1/3 ads. I will not being renewing my subscription.

Always selling something
I remember when Prevention magazine was more holistic. Now it is all about selling books. This is a great disappointment. The articles are light and meaningless for an informed readership.

I really like reading Prevention.It is very informative about health issues.Shows exercises, food ideas and neat little articles. My 91 year old mother also likes to read Prevention.
I bought this magazine as a guide to a more healthy lifestyle as I am in my 40's. I am enjoying the magazine and following many of the nutritional suggestions.
This is a great publication for anyone who wants to take full advantage of a healthy lifestyle. A bonus
Good, cute little magazine, would be a perfect bathroom reader because articles are fairly short and sweet. Magazine is smaller also, about the size of a paperback novel, but thinner. I'm glad I got it.
ok I have lost 40 lbs and I have bought 3 flat belly books, every one at work wanted to know what diet I was on, I gave them my book and would buy another one.

Prevention is written in an easy to understand manner. It caters to people who are already health conscious.
I have given Prevention magazine as a gift to numerous family members and they have all enjoyed it. It is a nice size to carry around too. Like that the articles are short but helpful.
Have looked all over to unscrubscribe and the only 1-800 # is CONSTANTLY busy without even a recording. I'm still looking so that I don't AUTOMATICALLY get charged for another year!
I think Prevention magazine has lost its focus. It has too many make-up ads. It used to focus more on healthy lifestyles. The ads are just too much.
