I love this magazine and I bought it for my boyfriend and I to share. He is a professional cyclist and actually knows some of the people in the magazine while I am a definite amateur who just likes to read the articles.

- Pros: Good cover stories
- Cons: Lots of advertising
Most of the equipment discussed in Bicycling magazine is in the top price category; bicycles reviewed are for top-earning athletes, but not for regular folks. Same for equipment and gear.

18 of 38 people (47%) found the following review helpful:
- Pros: Useful and relevant info
- Cons: ads are ALL for HIGH-END equipment
I started my subscription to Bicycling magazine in the off-season; and found the articles EXTREMELY helpful for indoor training, exercising, and nutrition too! Best part: product reviews include low end (economy) equipment. Articles are not too ROAD or too MTB. Great price for what you get. I recommend.

- Pros: Good health & fitness tips
- Cons: A commercial on every other page
I understand that ad revenue pays for magazines but the extreme that Bicycling magazine takes every printed word as an excuse to expand each article is ridiculous.
