- Cons: too many high sodium recipes
I love Diabetic Cooking's recipes but most of them are high in sodium.I am not diabetic (my mom is) but I do have high blood pressure. I cannot make several of the magazine's recipes because of the sodium content. I would like to see more sodium free recipes.

The very next day from buying I cooked with my mother who is diabetic. Mind you I do not cook. It was so delicious. The banana bran bread is amazing... lots of great food ideas. worth every penny.
