This magazine is fun, informative and very colorful. It's pleasant to look at and share info with my friends. I have kept all of them so I can go back and check on an article. It's the best magazine on the market for women. It touches on every area we're interested in.

I love this magazine. Lots of new information on health and fitness. Great ideals for your home and family dinners. You always seem to take away something from each magazine you get. Any of the lastest news on health and fitness was cover here before it becomes news in the office. I also like the handy tips it gives for ordinary things.

I'd recommend "FIRST" to ALL of my friends! I wish they had a site online. Included are always a lot of healthful and helpful tips on diet and exercise. It also tells you a lot of things that aren't helpful to people. There are lots of delicious & healthy recipes between the pages too. I definitely think you should pick one up at your nearest supermarket and give it a chance. You'll be hooked after the "First" magazine!
