- Pros: Plenty of recipes, easy to read, nice pictures
- Cons: None so far
This book is chock full of great recipes. I haven't tried all 300, but what I have tried have been really tasty. It reads like it was written by a real person (not a doctor or nutritionist) who was looking for a way to eat tasty food, while keeping it healthy. Whenever I make something, I don't feel like I'm on a diet or giving anything up.

- Pros: The recipes are fast, cheap, and don't use a ton of exotic ingredients
- Cons: Not enough pictures
This is a great cookbook for anyone trying to maintain a low cal lifestyle. The recipes, although they don't always taste exactly like their unhealthy counterparts, are good. I especially like the banana bread! Also, another nice thing is that if you're afraid that the portions are going to be small you can easily double them, without ruining your calorie count for the day. The only complaint that I would have for the book would be that there aren't pictures for every recipe.
