ISLANDS magazine has excellent photos and good suggestions on new places to visit. My only critique is that this magazine features Hawaii a lot. I mean a lot. Not ideal for me because once I've been somewhere once I never plan on going back to the same place twice; too much of the world to see.

  • Pros: Every Issue will introduce you to several amazing new places you have never seen before.
  • Cons: Every issue will review several amazing places you have already been.

For the regular island traveler seeking to find new places to explore and visit, this is a great place to start. Magazine finds a good balance of in depth articles and high level overviews. Awesome photographs are sure to tickle your wanderlust; I have visited a few islands based solely on recommendations from within the articles and have found them surprisingly accurate and not oversensationalized, as well.

  • Pros: you have the finest dinning on french side.best water and
  • Cons: best night clubs and casinos on dutch side!!

St.Maartan, is one of the most enjoyable places I"VE ever been. I'm 40yrs. old and I've been going there since I've been25. the people are so friendly and no one bothers you!! I've meet many friends there that i still keep in contact with today. the water is so clean the Island is not that hard to figure out.the resorts are clean and the staff is so helpfull!! I LOVE everythig about it thats why I kep coming back!!
