Great For kids on November 22, 2011 by ArdentAngel from US

  • Pros: Lots of easy to do projects
  • Cons: Think the stuff they do is new

My son found this magazine and we both love it. Great for the tinkerer type person. Projects are well documented including where to get the supplies.

Great for the kid in all of us on December 14, 2009 by Maro from Space Coast

  • Pros: from age 7 to 110
  • Cons: none

I loved Make Magazine the second I laid eyes on it. I was at B&N it was sitting atop a table and it was love at first sight. Finally a magazine that the kids and I can enjoy together regardless of age. It's a great way to get the kids to start thinking about how and why things work the way they do and it helps me to get my kids to enjoy doing the fix-it type things around the house. Though the magazine is about making things it gives you the feeling that if you can make a puzzle box anything is possible to make. It's really bringing out the plumber, carpenter, and inventor in all my boys. This is a great magazine!

Make magazine lets you use your Rube Goldberg instincts to engineer your imagination.
