The exercise, science and nutrition content is top notch. Really good, in-depth descriptions along with pertinent pics for exercises, solid science backing the info on nutrition, supplements, physiology, etc. The ads, however, take over the magazine. Too many overall, too misleading (sometimes hard to tell an article from an ad), and advertising - and therefore advocating - junk products.

It a really good mag. It's a step up for lifters from Men's Health and not as fluffy as some of the other mags. Lots of good advice for getting better lifts in. It's a good buy for someone trying to find new lifts and how to better some old lifts.

Not renewing this time.. Far too many adds make it hard to find the articles between them and sometimes it's hard to tell an add from an article until you're read too far into it. My last issue was approximately 164 pages of adds out of 281 pages in the Mag. Just not worth the time and effort searching for information.
