I have received Natural Solutions magazine for years. It is my source for information on health issues and I use it when I visit my doctor for comparison and reference. I look for the magazine in the mail and I read every article when I get it. I also photocopy and send articles to my sister and my daughter. I recommend Natural Solutions to my friends.

I researched the parent company and they are a medical publisher focused on holistic medicine-- so its information you can trust. The magazine is easy to read but still offers more depth and background than Natural Health or Body & Soul. We like it because it covers everything from preventing common conditions to greening your home.

• Pros: Great broad coverage of health.
• Cons: Not focused or deep with studies and clinical references.

I received a free copy at a cancer convention and am hooked. There are always multiple articles of interest. It is not oriented toward pharmaceutical medicine at all, so the word medicine in the title is slightly misleading. The subtitle may better express the content: "The Art & Science of Healthy Living". Informative for your health. Try it.
