  • Pros: It's the BEST print resource for PC Gaming.
  • Cons: It's the ONLY print resource for PC Gaming.

If you are an avid PC gamer, PC Gamer magazine is the one that provides full-on dedicated review on PC games. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY magazine for such and it's hard to compare to anything else.

I have been an avid gamer for more years than I care to say, and PC Gamer (non-disc version) magazine has consistently proven to be fair and accurate in its reviews as well as bringing the latest information on existing and upcoming games. However, this magazine tends to be a little light on the latest and greatest PC hardware.

The writers of PC Gamer (non-disc version) magazine are terrible.  They assume everyone knows their inside jokes and the entire history of PC gaming.  I have been a PC gamer since 1998 and I rarely understand their humor and most of the content in the reviews is garbled nonsense.  They should write like adults and explain their reviews.
