Prehistoric Times magazine offers dinosaur enthusiasts a well-rounded offering that includes articles on dinosaur art (sculptures, drawings, etc.), models, toys, dinosaur-related news, books, interviews with dinosaur experts, collectors, artists, etc. The editor, Mike Fredericks, is clearly a dino enthusiast and this publication is a labor of love that improves every year. If you have an interest in dinosaurs, this publication will not disappoint. Every issue will have something of interest. The articles are well written, interesting and convey a genuine enthusiasm for dinosaurs.

  • Cons: Wish the magazine came more often.

  • Pros: A beautifully done magazine I read cover to cover
  • Cons: only comes out 4 times a year

Each issue covers all the highlights of new discoveries in the world of paleontology plus describes different prehistoric animals in each issue. Artwork comes from all of the best artists in the world in a glossy full color magazine. All ages will love it but it is written for older readers. Reviews of everything prehistoric pack every issue plus some advertising is included to help you find dinosaur related items for sale that are available. Also included are nostaligic articles on dinosaurs as we knew them as kids. Highly recommended!
