I love Saveur magazine; it is a pleasure to read. If you like to learn and read about foods around the world this is the magazine for you. Not recipe heavy, but filled with lots of good information and a joy to read and see. Photography is great too!

Saveur is a very good magazine. What I love about it is that they give a very full view of every aspect they write about. Each issue is dedicated to a food item, and they also discuss a historic and cultural point of view. I tried several recipes related to my culture and they are very true to what I cook at home, so I can trust to get a true taste when I try recipes from other cultures.
