the best magazine for teen girls on December 16, 2008 by Steph from Springfield, OH

  • Pros: entertaining, easy to read, nice layout and photographs, interesting
  • Cons: too silly, no serious articles, too much emphasis on attracting "boys"

I'm an 18 year old college student and I would recommend this for girls between 10 and 22, although 14 to 18 seems to be the target readership. After you graduate from high school the magazine seems to lose it's appeal because it's focuses mostly on high school. I would recommend it but I think I'm getting too old for it!

Great Value on November 03, 2008 by QDPie79 from Dayton,OH

  • Pros: Lotz of celeb info, cool quizzes, great workout routines, tasty recipes, and overall impressive layouts
  • Cons: sometimes too much information, randomly sxual issues, tells what is in store for the next issue

I bought a subscription to this in the 6th grade and i still purchase it. The magazine itself is very entrtaining to me and i find many helpful tips for maturing and growing up. i will keep purchasing this magazine until i'm in my late 20's and i intend on buying it for my daughter someday. i trust the editors of the magazine always and they keep the reader's interests in mind, i also like how they tend to stiick with a certain layout everytime and that makes it easy for me to find the info i need. they always have original articles and i love that.
