I love Shape magazine. I first started picking it up and reading it while at the gym. I liked reading it so much, I wanted to bring it home for myself to read at my leisure. I love the short & to the point articles on others' success stories. It helps me to continue to achieve my own success story when I see the truth in others' struggles & triumphs!

I love this magazine. Great fitness tips and "success stories". I highly suggest this magazine for people that want more information on everyday fitness and want to be able to do things without paying for a gym membership. This is not a fashion magazine.

While I agree that the price range of clothing, purses, etc., in this magazine is not geared for the average people in America, the Health aspect of this magazine is TERRIFIC! I first subscriped after the birth of my now three year old, and found easy to use tips, excersises, and eating habits, to help me lose the pregnancy weight and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. With the help of the information in SHAPE, I actually lost more weight, had better tone, and was just happier with my body than before I was pregnant. Now that I am pregnant again, I am finding that the lifestyle changes I learned through SHAPE, have helped me to gain "healthy" weight with this pregnancy. I have recommended this magazine to my friends and sent it as gift subscriptions and I know they love it as much as I do. :)
