I first discovered Urban Climber magazine years ago and loved it from that first issue. The creators are very much in touch with their readers, frequently dedicating pages to poems, short stories, and photos submitted by fans. Although issues are sent out every other month (a good marketing strategy as I am always chomping at the bit for the next issue) they never disappoint: always include a wide range of topics, gear review, climbing styles, and interviews with folks of both genders, all ages, and every walk of life.
