I've been working in sound engineering for more than 15 years. Most everything I've learned has been through trial and error. It's great to open this magazine and read an article to find what I'm reading backs up what I've experienced in real life shows. My own ways of mixing have improved by applying the technics I've picked up from articles. This magazine may not be for the younger DJ type of reader, but if you spend time behind the mix console in a live concert there lots of good applicable information in these pages.
