I think that shape is a well written magazine and it offers good health tips and exercises. Sometimes I feel that the articles are irrelevant and have nothing to do with that particular issue.

Overall, I really enjoy the articles in Shape Magazine. They focus on weight loss, fitness, and healthy eating. I highly recommend this magazine.

Shape magazine is one of my favorite magazines. I have been a subscriber for the past 4 years and it is the one magazine I will never let go.

I received Shape magazine subscription for free with my gym membership. However, I will continue to renew it as well as recommend it to any friend who is interested in health and fitness. The suggested workouts are varied and challenging. I like the monthly cardio routines. I tend to get bored with cardio easily so this helps me change it up. Not only that, each month they publish new strength-training exercises, which focus on a particular muscle group. I enjoy this as they are almost always new exercises to me. There is some fashion advice, but I am not particularly interested in that and read other magazines to look at clothes. I do appreciate it being there, though, especially when it tends to be related to fitness (i.e., best running shoes, most supportive sandals, swimsuits, etc.)

Shape magazine keeps me in line with my goals and helps me beat boredom. In every issue I find a different approach of working on my problem zones. There's always something new and exciting to look forward to when I go to the gym.
