I like shutterbug as it does not only cater to only professional photographers. I believe it offers ads and tutorials that will apply to all levels of photographers and software users.
I like the articles on the cameras from the 30's and the 40's. The magazine is easy to hold it is not cumbersome.
This magazine often comes across as a buyers guide more than an informative magazine. I would like to see more articles on how to do things than on what I just HAVE to buy this season.
Shutterbug magazine is a great magazine especially for a beginner, but also relevant to someone who's been behind a camera for many years. It keeps up with new technology and trends.
I am really glad that I got a subscription to Shutterbug magazine. I am a beginning photographer and this magazine is able to help beginners as well as enthusiasts. I really enjoy getting each issue and look forward to learning as I experiment. I am happy with my purchase.
Good for a hobbyist, or intermediat level. They have equipment reviews, but I wouldnt reccemond buying any of these magazie solely for the reviews- you would be apt to find more comparisons and information via the web. However there are postives and I personally get enjoyment form this magazine. I do wish there were less ads, but I have noticed that most of these magazine are filled with them.
Shutterbug has brought out an artist in many a good soul. Some can paint, some can draw, some can capture images through photographs and now is the time for all good souls to share with their fellow man. Good luck in the light and dark of the world!!!!
