I saw my first edition of Spaces Kansas City magazine (Dec 2010) and fell in love with it - really well produced, quality publication. I went home and ordered it right then. Looking forward to my first copy coming up in Feb 2011.
I love everything about Spaces Kansas City magazine except for the Fashionista/Diva. The female impersonator who writes the article comes across as boastful and materialistic to the average reader who cares nothing about upholding a certain image for social status. It is unrealistic and shows that he/she likely judges others based on materialistic possessions that are ridiculously overpriced.
Why would you give this magazine to some people for free yet charge others for it. I live in Leawood and have to pay for it and my sisters and sister in law also live in Leawood but get the magazine for free. What's up with that?
Spaces Kansas City covers the Kansas City scene like the fog covers San Francisco. It has it all, fine living, society and best of breed advertising. It's a must-read in our house the day it arrives. You can't go wrong.
