I received The Week several years ago as a gift and cannot live without it. I have given it to my children and one said that he can contribute to any conversation after reading The Week. I especially love the international slant , the summation of editorials from all over the world, and the book reviews and highlighted authors, I have cancelled Newsweek and read this cover to cover in no time.

I cannot recommend this publication highly enough. No one has heard of it and I have gifted family and friends and they all praise it as well. The digest format makes for easy reading, but I especially like that fact that both sides of each issue are included. The magazine is entirely balanced it is viewpoint. A great way to stay on top of what is going in the world - in one place. Only 46-48 pages a week to read to keep up to date.

Great Magazine....a must read for busy people

      By Hey You

      from Silicon Valley

I've read this since it was first published and I got a free subscription offer via the internet. Since then I've looked for other internet offers and when my 4 year very low cost subscription expired found that it had become a main stream magazine and no more cheap subscriptions! I've shared it with relatives using the buy your subscription and get 2 free for others deals. I'd be lost without it and try to make sure I look at the TV page to get info on some of the PBS programs that I'd otherwise not know about.

      THE WEEK subscription

      By eileent01

      from orlando florida

I canceled my daily newspaper after I started subscribing to THE WEEK. There's no need to read all that nonsense anymore because this magazine even has Hollywood and TV show information.

      Excellent concise yet varied recap

      By Busy Reader

      from US southwestern states

THE WEEK magazine always has an interesting collection of news that I would not otherwise learn. Friends to whom I refer to the magazine appreciate the style and topics. Most articles present multiple view points as opposed to being one sided. Quick read yet grammar should be improved. Great job. If a library I encounter does not have the magazine, I offer to sponsor the subscription.

      Replaces 10 other publications!

      By NC Scotty

      from Charlotte, NC

Where else could I learn about so many topics in one place, with source information to lead me to more detail? My son introduced me to The Week when he was a college student. That was 10 years ago, and I've subscribed ever since. I also give it to several friends annually as birthday gifts.

      Great magazine with opposing views

      By SomePersonFromOregon

      from Portland, OR

THE WEEK magazine shows different views, but sometimes it does lean to the left (at least on the American political scale). Besides political bias in some reports, I am very happy with this magazine! I read it within about 20 minutes and can't wait for each issue. About 21 out of 54 pages has ads (in my most recent issue).

THE WEEK Magazine Subscription Video Review

Hi, I’m Joyce, head of the marketing team at Magazines.com.

While I enjoy a lot of magazines, The Week is one of my favorites. The presidential daily briefing inspired this news magazine; it’s a hit list of hot topics and current events. As a working mom and an executive I am always really busy and I like that the editors do all of the hard work for me by collecting information from hundreds of news sources so I can be on top of what the world has to say and form my own perspective and opinions.

The Week does a great job of collecting information across many categories from business to technology to politics. Basically, The Week is the CliffsNotes of the news media! Whenever I read this magazine on an airplane, someone will always ask – and I mean always – if they can read it after I’m through.

A subscription to The Week also makes a GREAT gift. Being a part of the magazine industry, I’ve given lots of magazine gift subscriptions over the years. I’ve heard so much positive feedback about The Week magazine. My brother, father and even my teenage nephews absolutely love this magazine.

The Week’s editors present the information in an entertaining, never-boring format. They do an excellent job of capturing what we need to know to be informed about the world we live in.

Thanks for stopping by to check out The Week magazine today at Magazines.com. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-MAGAZINES or send en email to service@magazines.com.
