I think Yoga Journal magazine is great if you are just getting into yoga or are fully immersed. It gives example moves to try at home, and what to do if you have restrictions within these moves. It is wonderful!
I like Vegetarian Times magazine. I am an omnivore but I like to incorporate vegetarian meals into my diet. However, the magazine does at times seem a bit militant to a meat-free way of life.
Yoga Journal magazine is great with lots of good helpful information and information sharing. I enjoy the articles and the personal stories. The personal stories add a lot of human factor to the lifestyle with yoga. I am very happy with this magazine and would definitely recommend to others who enjoy yoga and information regarding yoga personal stories from those who include yoga in their life.
