I really like Weight Watchers magazine - it has some really good ideas and recipes. However, if you are diabetic, keep in mind that these recipes are often very high in carbs and sugar. Weight Watchers does say itself that it is not intended for diabetics, so you'll have to adjust for that.

Still an absolute value for my dollar...if it helps motivate me...and it does, I say go for it....
I've been a WW member for three years and the magazine provides support and ideas, wish it was published more frequently and had more in-depth information (especially for those who are online WW members). A lot of the information is the same as the online website.
Overall, I love the magazine - great articles and tips and a variety of recipes to help a person along on the WW Program!
Jennifer Hudson is a class act. I love her warm spirit and very kind heart. I am a believer. She have inspired so many people throughout the world.
I cannot wait to get my current issue in the mail! I love reading the success stories and all the little tips that help me along my weight loss journey. There are also great recipes that are easy and taste yummy.
