I subscribed to this magazine because I've accidentally read a bunch of issues of Men's Health, thought it was great, and was presuming that Women's Health would be on par. It's not. the magazine is very thin on content, and lacks the depth that you find in Men's Health. I just turned 40, and felt that the magazine was geared for an audience much younger than me, If this is the case, then it my bad for making a bad subscription choice.

I love this product because it has given me inspiration to get into better shape! Being in shape is NOT about a number, its about stamina, how you feel about yourself and most importantly, recognizing that being fit is about muscle content and being nutritious and loving yourself! :)
Very informative on women's health issues. Would like to see more
There are parts of this magazine that I love and parts that I completely skip over. I like the articles about health and healthy living, especially since they are just about women. I find them informative and interesting. However, I feel that the magazine does focus a little too much on the fitness part of healthy living. I guess because there are already so many fitness magazines out there, I wish they would put the focus more on health and women's health issues.
