About Scooby Doo

DC Comics (Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, The Flash) is respected as the largest and most diverse English language publisher of comic books in the world, with more than 80 titles a month. Its Scooby Doo comic holds a warm place in the hearts of fans, both young and old alike.

Each issue of the Scooby Doo comic book follows the humorous mystery-solving antics and missteps of Scooby Doo and his wacky teenage gang, Shaggy, Fred, Velma and Daphne (aka Mystery Incorporated). Reading the magazine takes you back to those classic episodes that aired beginning in 1969 on network television and as reruns on Cartoon Network, including: "The Night of the Undead," where something zombie-like is attacking the customers at the Springdale Shopping Mall, and it's up to Scooby Doo and the gang to team up with the Chief of Police and a mall security guy to get to the bottom of things; and "Dinner Mystery," where Scooby Doo and the gang stop at a mansion on a dark and stormy night only to find themselves at a dinner party where the host is missing and every guest is a suspect.

Scooby Doo keeps readers guessing from the moment the Mystery Machine pulls up to a scene to investigate encounters of a ghost, monster or other supernatural creature, right up to the very end when the mystery is solved, and a criminal is arrested and taken to jail.

Young children and nostalgic adults who appreciate a mix of comedy-adventure and horror in a comic book format will enjoy a subscription to Scooby Doo.
