I subscribed to this magazine because I've accidentally read a bunch of issues of Men's Health, thought it was great, and was presuming that Women's Health would be on par. It's not. the magazine is very thin on content, and lacks the depth that you find in Men's Health. I just turned 40, and felt that the magazine was geared for an audience much younger than me, If this is the case, then it my bad for making a bad subscription choice.

I love this product because it has given me inspiration to get into better shape! Being in shape is NOT about a number, its about stamina, how you feel about yourself and most importantly, recognizing that being fit is about muscle content and being nutritious and loving yourself! :)
Very informative on women's health issues. Would like to see more
There are parts of this magazine that I love and parts that I completely skip over. I like the articles about health and healthy living, especially since they are just about women. I find them informative and interesting. However, I feel that the magazine does focus a little too much on the fitness part of healthy living. I guess because there are already so many fitness magazines out there, I wish they would put the focus more on health and women's health issues.
I found there to be too many articles and ads about makeup and clothes and hair styles. I was looking for a strictly health magazine. I do not want to know how to
Enjoying new ideas to stay fit It's gets so boring doing the same workout . Magazine offers alternate & creative ways to get your workout in & keep it interesting.
Women's Health magazine offers a well rounded perspective for women seeking news and advice in the areas of fitness, diet, beauty, fashion, and relationships.
I've enjoyed this magazine for years and get lots of ideas and tips in regards to food plans and workouts.

I really enjoyed this magazine. I like the recipes and fashion advice. I felt like I was getting the same exercise demonstrations from each issue
Women's Health Magazine Subscription Review
I mainly read Women’s Health for the health, nutrition and fitness advice. From an expert Q&A, to short blurbs and multi-page articles, the magazine provides a lot of great information in whatever format you like. And of course, I appreciate that it is focused on women. There are special reports on women’s health issues about breast cancer, hormones and other medical topics that predominately affect women.
Women’s Health also does a great job communicating exercise advice. There are always step-by-step photos to provide some visual direction for recommended exercise routines like weightlifting and resistance exercises. It also provides great day-to-day workout and diet plans that are easy to follow, understand and implement. There’s also a focus on weight-management strategies with healthful recipes for everyday meals and low-calorie options for entertaining. And much like Weight Watchers, Women’s Health includes weight loss success stories from its readers, which I find helpful and inspiring. Other topics Women’s Health focuses on include sex and relationships as well as a great regular column called “Life Skills,” which deals with strategies for dealing with stress at work. A recent Life Skills article I found helpful was “ways to manage your manager.”
The tone of every issue is smart and positive, and emphasizes practical tips on how to stay on track with staying healthy and trying to achieve balance in your life. A Women’s Health subscription is really a great addition to any woman’s monthly reading list and the great deals at Magazines.com make it that much easier to make it a part of yours.
