About Flying Magazine

Flying is an aviation magazine that is a primary source for pilots and others with a serious interest in aviation for the latest industry news, technology, safety, product and service information and expert opinion.

Since its first publication in 1927, Flying has grown to become one of the world's most widely read aviation magazines. Its editorial staff is comprised of dedicated pilots and aircraft owners who seek to engage, educate and entertain, while showcasing new products and services, and providing expert advice on technique and air plane safety. Flying magazine targets active and future pilots, but is also a great resource for aircraft owners and aviation-oriented executives in business and general aviation markets worldwide.

Each monthly issue of Flying contains comprehensive reports on aviation news, aircraft, avionics, pilot supplies and equipment, safety and pilot technique, shows, events, air plane maintenance and flight training. It is organized into three main sections: Flying News & Notes, a collection of the latest headlines and updates from the world of aviation; Flying Safety, commentary about flying the friendly skies safely; and Flying Opinion, columns submitted by the Flying magazine staff's experienced aviation professionals. Special issues of Flying may be published throughout the year, including the Annual Gift Guide and the Annual Editor's Choice Awards.

Pilots, aircraft owners and others with a serious interest in aviation will enjoy a subscription to Flying.

REVIEWS HIGHLIGHTS
4.0 star rating

Good magazine for airplane geeks

Does a good job reviewing and covering both mid-level and upper-level airplanes. Has good info for those of use who work in this field. The only reason why it didnâ??t get five stars is because it ignores the lighter side o aviation, the smaller planes.
