Best cooking magazine I have found on February 20, 2009 by KP from Lakeland, FL

I picked this magazine up at the grocery store on a whim and absolutely love it. I have made a commitment to eating healthier and this magazine really helps me figure out how to go about it. The recipes I have tried were not complicated and were delicious. All the nutritional values for the recipes are given. The other health advice given is also great! My mom who was visiting recently tried a few of the recipes and ended up going out and buying her own copy!
