I love Cook's Illustrated magazine, which is an ad-free companion to America's Test Kitchen. I have yet to make a recipe that wasn't delicious. It has interesting takes on classic recipes. I highly recommend it.

I got Cook's Illustrated for the Mrs. Well, me too as I like to eat and this adds some variety for beginning to experienced cooks. It has good informational shorts regarding foodstuffs and limited and better targeted reviews than CR.

I bought Cook's Illustrated for my brother-in-law and he absolutely loves it. He actually ordered the sister magazine too, Cook's Country and I am continuing the subscription as an ongoing holiday gift 2 years running and will continue.

My husband and I have really started getting into cooking. We love Cook's Illustrated magazine because it provides in-depth articles on a variety of cooking subjects. I like their column that breaks down a particular food and determine which brand not only is the best price, but the best quality as well.
