Entrepreneur magazine mostly consists of advertising (mostly franchise-related advertising) and a few light articles. The magazine is not very informative. I would only recommend this magazine for the absolutely clueless or someone who plans to start a franchise. This magazine promotes franchising extremely heavily.

Entrepreneur is an easy read, but is mainly a phone book for companies to market their products. The magazine makes for decent 'coffee table' material though no real advice, albeit they provide a 'checklist' system so you can review your business venture as a whole from multiple perspectives.

It's well-written, thoroughly researched, and never a dry read! You'll always learn something new and it's far better than Fortune or Money. Once you get your hands on this magazine, you'll already have a leg up on everyone else when it comes to business and entrepreneurship.
