  • Cons: Contradicting information

This is a light read. I enjoy reading it more for the ease of reading and occasional informational reading. Often times info provided on one page is later contradicted on a later page. Great fun as long as you don't depend on this as your source for life changing decision making!

  • Cons: a LOT of advertising, questionable information

I like this magazine, but sometimes the diet advice seems a little too good to be true. Honestly I question if a lot, if not all, of their articles are driven by money being given to them for 'recommending' certain products or diets. That aside, I do enjoy reading it and they usually have a number of good tips, plus a few coupons.
