This is by far the best magazine i am reading now. I have subscribed to a lot of magazines starting from GH to parenting to parents. But the infromation gets first published in this magazine and in the next couple of months ..i see articles of same information in other magazines. this magazine is not only a fore runner but a must for all health conscious people. all my friends who come to my home and read a couple of articles frm this magazine have subscribed to it now.
